Friday the 13th 45th Anniversary - Influencer Marketing

To celebrate 45 years of slasher legend Friday the 13th—and Jason Voorhees’ birthday, fittingly on a Friday the 13th—Paramount Pictures activated a fan-forward event packed with horror nostalgia and themed fun.

Hosted by Street Food Cinema in partnership with Bloody Disgusting, the outdoor screening event included:

  • A Camp Crystal Lake-inspired outdoor market

  • Themed food, drinks, and merchandise

  • A Q&A with original film director Sean Cunningham

  • Photo ops and installations honoring the film’s legacy

To bring even more screams to the scene, horror and genre content creators (plus guests) were invited to attend and share the experience with their audiences.

The campaign also featured custom creative, including:

  • A bloody birthday cake made in Jason’s honor

  • A retro VHS-inspired art piece

  • Themed cocktails and mocktails

  • Friday the 13th franchise retrospectives
