EPiC: Elvis Presley in Concert – Global Press & Influencer Experience

Timed to Elvis Presley's 91st birthday celebration, the Memphis premiere of EPiC: Elvis Presley in Concerttransformed Graceland into a film-first destination for media, influencers and special guests from around the world.

MKM partnered with Organic Publicity to support Universal Pictures Global Publicity with the the planning and execution of a film-focused experiential press and influencer activation celebrating EPiC: Elvis Presley in Concert.

Timed to coincide with Elvis Presley's 91st birthday celebration, the multi-day experience brought together press, influencers and special guests for an immersive program designed to build anticipation for the upcoming theatrical and IMAX release of the concert film. While the event aligned with Elvis' birthday festivities, the strategy remained firmly film-first, ensuring that EPiC served as the primary purpose and narrative thread throughout the entire guest journey.

From initial invitations and guest communications through on-site execution, EPiC branding and messaging were integrated across every touchpoint. Film-branded itineraries, schedules and informational materials reinforced the project throughout the experience, while tours and programming were thoughtfully curated to highlight eras, themes and locations connected to the film's story whenever possible. Press and influencer attendees were provided with film-forward guidance, messaging and social handles to ensure consistent campaign amplification across earned and social channels.

The program culminated with a premiere screening of EPiC: Elvis Presley in Concert at Graceland, supported by a series of branded moments designed to seamlessly balance the film's identity with the venue's historic significance. Custom event elements included an EPiC-branded Elvis birthday cake, themed photo opportunities, branded cocktail napkins, wine glasses and cups, custom signage and table collateral, and exclusive gift bag merchandise created to extend the film experience beyond the event itself.

MKM managed event strategy, guest experience development, branding integration, itinerary planning, influencer and media coordination, logistics management and on-site execution.
